How It Works

Surprise Window Replacement is an independent referral service, not a window installer. When you call or send the form, we pass your request to an independent, locally operating window installer who serves your area and contacts you with their own estimate. Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm the referral.

The company you are connected with is responsible for its own estimates, work, licensing, insurance and warranties. Always ask for a written estimate, proof of license and insurance before work begins.

Our service is free for you. Local companies may pay us for referrals.
